What we collect, and why
Quote and contact requests
We process what you give us in the form: name, company, email, phone, your message, and the product, quantity and kind of project you are asking about. If you arrived from an ad, the technical tags that show which campaign brought you (UTM parameters) are attached to the request too.
Purpose: to answer you and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding. The request is stored as a record in the ERP system our group runs, and a notification email is sent to our sales team. It is never sold and never used for advertising.
Server logs
Like every website, our host keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to keep the service secure and running. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies and measurement
We use measurement and marketing technologies only with your consent. If you do not consent, none of them load. See the Cookie policy for the detail and the controls; you can withdraw consent at any time.
Who receives it
- The companies of our group that prepare the quotation and carry out an order, among them SNG Plast in Türkiye.
- The providers that run our hosting and email (only to operate the service).
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data or share it beyond the purposes described here.
International transfers
Production and part of the quotation work are done by our group in Türkiye, which is not covered by an EU adequacy decision. A transfer there relies on appropriate safeguards or on the exceptions the GDPR allows — for example, that the transfer is necessary to act on your request.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and contact data for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the period the law requires (accounting and limitation), then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect processing done before then.
To exercise any of these, write to sales@fencepro.hr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: your own country's, or the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
